Become a BAT!  This 3-part course will provide you with all of the knowledge necessary to properly conduct breath alcohol tests using your Intoxilyzer 240/240D as required by the Department of Transportation, which is considered the gold standard for testing protocols.  You will watch two videos which are streamed online allowing you to stop and start as you need.  Upon successful completion of the videos, you will be scheduled for an online training session with a CMI instructor who will guide you through the proficiency demonstrations (mock tests) that are required for certification.  You will also learn how to perform calibration checks and calibration adjustments, as well as required record-keeping.  Read more

Welcome to the FRA Supervisor "Signs & Symptoms" Video Training    This video series has been designed to inform supervisors of DOT-covered employees of their role in your company's drug and alcohol testing program.  As required by Department of Transportation regulations found in 49 CFR Part 40 and Part 129, they will learn how to make a determination that an employee could be impaired and the course of action to take after that determination is made.  They will also learn what events constitute an accident under FRA regulations and who should be tested once they determine that the event meets the definition of an accident.   This course is specifically designed for employers who must comply with DOT and FRA drug and alcohol testing requirements for either hours of service employees or maintenance of way employees.  Read more
